Breaking down barriers one step at a time.

The Chinese Community Resource Guide Project aims to address systemic gaps by giving families the tools to navigate the service system. The resource guide is a centralized and translated resource guide of bilingual supports and services available to the Chinese Community. It contains only agencies that either directly connect families to a bilingual speaker or requires a one time message to request for an interpreter. Due to the high demand, CAFAMH plans to update and publish the guide annually.

UPDATED ANNUALLY
To give you the most updated information so that you can more effectively help others.
TRANSLATED
To encourage independence and partnerships among people, families, and providers.
SEARCHABLE
Both English and 中文 pdf versions are made searchable for your convenience. Search by pressing control+F or command+F (Apple).
